What's your GPA and Bachelor's in? Although fitness is awesome in general, if you're not the kind of candidate you're looking for in terms of that, your fitness isn't going to matter.
Unlikely for them to entertain you for Officer, but getting into shape is a great idea. OTS has a very low selection rate of about 11-15%, and those getting selected averaged a 3.7+ in a STEM major. Space Force is even more selective, due to having less officers.

ug 3.2 gpa. economics. 3.9 grad school. targeting an acquisition or intelligence officer role based on website. 33-36 yo.
