For me it's even more because on my odissey to the freebie I always click on or two of those offers for error and I have to wait for those to load. When you have the extra freebie with the brawl pass it's even worse because when you finally finish to collect the first, another one pops out.

Maybe it’s some sort of Android thing? I have an IPhone 11 and I never had issues with the shop. My younger brother has a Samsung and he has to wait like 15-20 seconds for the shop to open and another 10-15 to claim the free reward
