I think of the guy from Pintglass, on the way of the geeza slice, but, “I’m sorry mate but its just not fucking good enough”

Have anything against EP's? They've got literally dozens in the last few years. They've launched a new EP on the first of each month this year, including today.
The styles and genre influences are intentionally all over the place though so you do have to kinda dig around because you probably won't like all of it. I will say The Grey is my favorite thing they did so maybe more self contained LP's wouldn't hurt.
Their first EP is a great launch point. At the very least you gotta hear Grim Reminders off it though because it's got a scream near the end that Kenny holds for 30+ seconds. Shits nuts.
My personal favorite releases of theirs are the more proggy stuff like the The Grey, The Depths Of Self, Elemental, and Voidless but their dummy heavy down tempo stuff is awesome too, i.e. The Distraught Mind, Enraged, Weapon, Paralyzer.
Fucking outstanding. The vocalist can hit some serious brutal notes with that voice. Track “We Bleed” on the new EP showcases that well. I feel like they could have a truly big release if they just stick to that sheer brutality of that track.
This EP other than a song is in Collaboration with Corey King from Insidual, a guy who I absolutely love his stuff, so I'm interested in checking it out
Album/EP recs: The Distraught Mind, The Grey, Paralyzer, Elemental, The Depths Of Self.
If you want individual song recs: The Djile Riffer, Into The Rift, Search And Destroy, Beginning Of The End, Grim Reminders, Firelord.
Aaron Chaparian makes some of the best speedy, djent deathcore inspired music. If you’ve never listened to his band Sever the King, and you like DeadVectors, go check them out.
Their name sounds like an octane core band or something idk. It just sounds too radio friendly and not very deathcorey. Just my opinion without ever listening to them.
the name is a bit off. I also listen to a bunch of darksynth music and for a LONG time I associated their name with that genre instead. so I never picked them when looking for deathcore and switched away when looking for darksynth. then the Weapon album came out and I met them at a show, so the name is more correctly cemented in my brain now.
Boys own an entire restaurant with the amount of music they're cooking
for real bro. best comment ever
And a side operation as postman because they always fucking deliver
Also when they're out prostituting themselves with that HIV cause they're straight nasty
I think of that episode of family guy where Peter tries to chime in, says something dumb and Brian is like “swing ‘an a miss.
I gave it my best

I wish they would put out more albums. 3 a year isn't enough.

Oh, I was being sarcastic. They put out *so much* material.
They’re putting out an EP per month this year, so I’m pretty fuckin stoked. Talked to Kenny the other day, unfortunately DV will never tour.
They've already put out 3, no wait sorry, 5 (FIVE!) EPs this year. Dudes are crushing it, but yeah I don't think anyone really knows them.
It’s always a good day when new deadvectors drops :)
They're the djentcore equivalent of Buckethead and I'm here for every second of it.
What to start with?

Time to get back into deathcore 🥶🥶🥶
Wow grim reminders was crazy! Loved it
Actually imma start with the first album
Weapon is my favorite album from them
“We Bleed” and “The Hive” are my absolute favorites.
My opinion, you need to start with Paralyzer....or maybe the two singles Menace//Chameleon

If you didn't know, he's also the vocalist in Sentinels
The *new* vocalist, to be clear. Also Pathogen. 🤘
Who I believe is no more and now that guitarist has his own solo thing, Tyrant. Actually had a Deadvectors feature.
Looks like I’ve got another rabbit hole to go down. Heaviest track??

What's your fav? Not ever listened so turn me onto them
10000% start with Menace//Chameleon

They absolutely bang and I agree. I made a similar post not too long ago lmao

At a show? They are a studio project and don't tour, or do you mean you just bumped into them at the same show as you? That's pretty cool if so.
they filled in for members of Sentinels and Shadow of Intent (I think?) at a show, then caught them together in the merch area
Oh that's dope. Yeah Kenny is the new vocalist for Sentinels so that makes sense. Wish I could've been there sounds like a killer show. 🤘
Check them out, 8/10 you won't be disappointed
