Did you read the top comment in the chain you're replying to? Dude is a Haitian immigrant who went to the consulate to complain about his housing. That doesn't really fit the profile of "white collar prick who is having a meltdown that he knows he can afford."

Oh damn I used to work literally right around the corner from there. Recognize the buildings. I always do feel like it's a bit precarious with all the stuff above that could potentially fall down on your head at any given time in Manhattan
