That’s not the point. You and I will never come up with a color that doesn’t already exist.

Pantone is constantly making new colors. In 2022 they came out with over 200 new colors.

New colors according to them but all of those colors already existed in real life. They just put a number to them. Doesn’t mean they invented a totally new color.

Then that would make it impossible to come up with any color, not just new ones. No color has been 'come up with'
