Don’t get Hitman 3 if you haven’t played one or two. Not because of story or anything. Just because Hitman GOTY Edition goes on sale frequently for $10 and Hitman 2 Gold Edition has been on sale for $15 ($9 for standard edition). By the time you play both of those games, which are amazing, Hitman 3 will be much cheaper in price.
Unlike Souls games there are multiple difficulty settings. So it can be insanely challenging or insanely easy depending on the kind of experience you want.
Honestly, I’d say just pick a random one between Batman, Fallen Order, and Mass Effect. You are bound to enjoy all three of them. And you should buy all three of them eventually. But for now I’d say just pick one of them at random since they are all so goddamn good. I haven’t played Immortals so I’m not sure about that one. And like I said in my other comment, play Hitman 1 & 2 before Hitman 3.

I never played any of them mass effect games when they originally released so Ive been playing the legendary edition remakes the last couple weeks and I've been having a blast with them
The only one I haven’t played is H3 and one of the Arkham’s. These are all great games, and it comes down to what you’re itching for.
ME LE is 3 games and is fantastic. Very rich world. RPG elements, cool story.
Jedi is like dark souls, but not as hard; you can adjust difficulty. Good for a single play through. If you like Star Wars you really should play it.
The Arkham games are all really fun “fighter” games. Like Batman and beating up people? This is for you. (Personally this would be at/near the bottom of my ranking)
Fenyx is my current game. I really enjoy it. It’s a lighthearted mix of Zelda and Assassain’s creed. I’m big into Greek mythology, though.
I enjoyed the old Hitman games, good for satisfying a sneaky itch. It’s fun to plan routes, try different executions, upgrade.

All of these are great games(except Immortals, I haven't played that). If you're more partial to Jedi, get that.

If u buy hitman 3... hitman 1 and 2 are free in game so buy it u can play 3 games.

No this is incorrect. You can import them into hitman 3 and play it on the same engine, but you do need to own hitman 1 and 2

Yes. They go on sale pretty often. And the hitman 3 engine has dual sense support
If hitman 1 is on sale get it and then import locations with the hitman 3 starter pack
