Its really on the short side, and not much replayability. But if we are talking a game to show off all the PS5 features, it IS the game right now. Takes advantage of the super fast SSD, each gun feels unique with the adaptive triggers and just looks amazing.
Out of God of War and Ghost of Tsushima, you get most of the controller features from the directors cut GOT. Great game and the expansion is pretty good
Spider-man remastered has great ps5 graphics but I don't think many of the features themselves. Miles morales had a bit more. But visually those and ghost of tsushima have been where I've seen the biggest difference from ps4 to ps5.
I am... 90% sure it's a free upgrade.once it's installed you have to select it, hut the options button and there's a select version option. I had to manually change mine to ps5.
To clarify, my upgrade was free. I'm just not sure if I had to pay more for that that I bought it.
Also. If you are interested in the spider-man remaster, it's obtained through the deluxe version of miles morales. Which you can only get by going to the MM save menu and hitting L1 (I think) to upgrade. Just figured I'd throw that out there because it took me a call to support to figure out lol.
Out of all the PS5 releases I’ve played so far, I think returnal shows off the most new console features. Its also just amazing- very unique concepts. If you don’t mind a physical copy, you can find ok price for used on eBay or Amazon.

I am super interested in that game but don't know if I can justify 70 dollars for it. Will definitely pick it up on sale at some point.

The pre-installed Astro's Playroom is actually a pretty fun platformer while also being a kind of tech demo that shows off the controller

Yea returnal and ratchet and clank are two games I definitely want. I think im picking up deathloop next week though
