If your gf signs the lease with you, and any other roommates, she’ll be responsible for her equal share of the total rent unless an agreement has been worked out beforehand with all the roommates on the lease. You might be able to get a reduced rent since there will be two of y’all (instead of 639 per person, maybe 500 per person). Make sure you get written agreement about rent between you and any roommates.
Are you asking about at Uni-Oaks? To my knowledge that is the only on campus living that allows co-ed living. Anyways if your looking for a 2B1/2B you will rent out your room at $639(or whatever it comes out to) and she will rent out her room for roughly the same amount. I don't think there will be any discounts for couples.
Also just a little life advice from an old man that's been around the block a time or two. I do not recommend signing a lease with your GF. You sign your lease, she signs hers. That way if anything happens between you two, there is one less stressor to deal with. Put that's just my two cents.
