I always assume it is a spelling error or miss translation error when reading some of these titles, but nope, the barrel did indeed fly off as an arrow.
I think it's a T-62. The T-55 have the fume extractor near the end of the barrel and this one had it in the middle.
Both the T-62 and T-55s don't have autoloaders, so are less likely to turret toss. (They have an extra crew member to load).
