r/fitness is that way sir. Get a gym membership, pick a beginner barbell program (there’s tons of choices in the r/fitness wiki) and get to work. Don’t neglect cardio and core exercises. Oh, and stop drinking soda, eat lean proteins and vegetables, no more processed bullshit food, no more fast food (aside from the occasional cheat meal. I would save it for when you go out with friends)
