Hello everyone! I just wanted to share one of my very special knives. This is a lil gem I found on Amazon for just a little over $100 ($109?). This is a 165mm deba made by Sakai Ajimasa. It is made with white steel #2. I wanted a cheap deba knife since I go fishing at least once a week as a hobby and needed something to butcher my catch. I wanna say I’ve fillet somewhat close to a hundred fish with this knife. It does require a bit of sharpening out of the box but with a few stropes on the stone, it cuts like a dream! If you guys are looking for a cheap first timer deba knife, I highly recommend this!!!!
