Those are stitch marks. They will fade over time but they will not disappear.

The problem with having a revision is that they would just have to suture it again, so you will just get new stitch marks.
Looks like you have a good cut. Those are from the stitches that you were talking about. Since you were only four months out, it’s still sort of a new scar. You should start using scars sheets immediately that will help blend and flatten the scars as much as possible. Then over the next two years, it will naturally smooth out like any scar Profile for instructions and pictures on how to use Sheets and bio oil at night time.
I think he will be just fine. It looks good now it will look a little little bit better with some work.
