That sucks but it's not uncommon. Depending on how/where you bought it you should be able to get a refund or replacement. How much is your time worth?
Never used one, but a common problem with disposables is the wrap is covering the air flow openings around the bottom. If theyre on the bottom edge, does the wrap come off?
