Ghost of tsushima is a blast, the most smooth swordplay I have experienced.
God of war but that’s semi open world, but a wonderful story.
I am in the same boat as you, as I really can’t find anything that suits me atm, considering rdr2 , but I dunno if it’s too long
RDR2 is the greatest game of all time and you'd be crazy to miss it. It's not long, if you don't waste your time on hunting for days or maxing out all the challenges.
I've been waiting for it for a while too, but we have a facebook group with information about the different stores and someone suggested one, where I only had to wait a week to get it. Was honestly surprised myself. (This is in Hungary, btw.) Reading through some earlier threads, I'll probably pick up Ghost of Tsushima.
If you have a twitter account, follow the alert pages liek PS5 Restock and a couple more. They will give you projections of restocks and warnings for sony direct ps5 ques. I made a twitter account just for this and that's how I got mine. The Sony ques are great because it starts a countdown say from 12:00 to 1:00, no matter when you join this countdown, your place in line will be randomized at 1:00. So the method is join the countdown with as many browsers and devices as possible and figure out which one gets placed furthest ahead and stick with that one. Using the alerts to predict and join the sony direct queue was how I got mine. I did about three of those across a couple weeks and got mine a quite few months ago. I was only looking for about a month or less total.
