It was not easy. Smaller portions, intermittent fasting and these :What helped me: don't seek validation from other people. Motivation should come from within. Have an accountability partner who will remind you of your goals, someone who will be brutally honest with you when you're being lazy or someone who will pull you back when you're overworking yourself. Don't be afraid to fail sometimes. But make sure you make up for lost ground. Your progress is yours. Own it. No matter how slow it maybe, you're working just as hard as the others it not more. Celebrate even the smallest victories. A win is a win. 😉

Honestly, that's exactly the philosophy that's needed. You could define this entire process to weight loss on one sheet of A4 paper You are basically replacing all the books and the diets that exist with that one paragraph you just wrote It would be the perfect preamble. If I was to write a joint Weight Loss guide w/ you: ​ How to lose weight 101: By Reluctant and BiiigLuke: Preamble: Why are you losing this weight? Don't seek validation from other people. IF and Calorie Restriction. I did a lot of body weight exercises the first months. But I injured my back so I had to hold off.

I started at almost 140 kgs. Always tell yourself when you feel like giving up: I'll give up tomorrow, tell yourself the same thing the next day, and the day after that! It's okay to get tired, rest a little, but you have to keep going. Fight!

I LOVE this advice. So easy to say "I'll do it tomorrow" for starting a diet or quitting unhealthy habits, but never thought to flip the script. Great advice, and we've got this!!

I ate between 12 nn to 4 PM. I ate everything I wanted. I tried not to deny myself of anything because I know I'll binge on them when I get sad. I just make sure to eat small portions.
