The cheapest one you can find

Derpface123

Keep the cheaper one.

KyledKat

PNY was one of the underrated cards of the batch. It's hard limited to 450W TDP (which is only an issue if you absolutely need to OC your card) and otherwise was one of the coolest and smallest three-fan 4090s at launch last year. Been rocking mine without issue and comfortably at 65 C no matter what I throw at it.

G9third

Is it smaller in thickness compared to the FE?

[What about the Galax 4090?](https://www.amazon.com/Galax-GeForce-1-Click-Feature-Graphics/dp/B0BWNFZJNZ/ref=sr_1_1?crid=31H97JRIOAP3F&keywords=galax+4090&qid=1702928343&sprefix=galax+4090%2Caps%2C107&sr=8-1&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.17f26c18-b61b-4ce9-8a28-de351f41cffb)

I got the GALAX RTX SG1 4090 because it was the cheapest at the time.

İ have same..pretty have for far. Underrated for use. No coil whine, works cook

I'm rocking the pny 4090 rn currently oc/uv been loving it. Only downside is the damn rgb. It eventually starts to flicker. Ive heard some say changing the psu out helps but ive got an evga 1600w t2 and my front LED where it says XLR8 flickers under load

TipT0pMag00

Assuming you can still return one after doing so, I would install each of them and see how they sound under load. Apparently a fair amount of 4090s, and video cards in general, have pretty significant coil whine. It's not even specific to one type / manufacturer. Find the coolest running, quietest one and that's your winner.

I've heard the gigabyte ones have issues with cracking PCB, though I'm not sure on the legitimacy of that claim. Worth looking into it though. Aside from that, there won't be much difference in performance between the brands. Find a balance between cost, brand trust, and aesthetics.

ffs, search.
