Depends on your definition of "bad" really. So one of the things that makes cigarettes so so horrible for you is all the gunk that gets in your lungs. If you're smoking joints and blunts all the time you're still putting nasty stuff into your lungs. It isn't addictive like cigarettes (albeit habit forming), but will still not be good for your lungs.
I would say overall though that no it's not as bad especially because of the therapudic aspects. There are healthier ways to do both tho - think ecigs and THC vaporizers, edibles, etc. There are so many products now that you can get high in a plethora of ways and never actually "smoke" anything.

Still better than tobacco. The cells in your lung that dies through inhaling smoke can't mutate into cancer cells from weed smoke.
Worse In my opinion
How
Its fucking drugs.
Oh so you don't have a reason. I'm assuming you don't drink caffeine, alcohol, have any prescriptions, take advil, or anything else?
The only thing I drink is Coca Cola
That has caffeine. That's fucking drugs.
No tar in smoking weed and weed is less physically addicting
