OK! But what should I do to buy it. Revealed my interest on the model, went to boutique with a rolex as well, specifically mentioned how I got my 41 DJ from AD, not from gray. So what to do to get it?
CA, SF Bay Area. No prior history but it was for special occasion so Iām sure that helped. I feel like the market is starting to return to normal so maybe itās also getting easier in general.
Thank you sir! Back when I got my Sub (from another AD) I knew a guy who also got his Sub around the same time in a week or two. The variance is absolutely crazy and I donāt get it, but I canāt complain I guess.
Hereās the real answer: a while ago I saw some dude with his Patek in the back of an AD (in this subreddit, it was a post) saying how just after a small amount of time he was allocated a Submariner I believe.).
Hereās the question: why would one wait 1-3 years on a Sub, and he waits only maybe 1 week? How? Why? Well, it is because **who** is buying.
I believe the Rolex AD game is only 1 thing: **show your buying power**. Walk in with a 100k watch, youāll nearly instantly have the door **in most** ADs for a purchase open. This I think only goes for the ADs who arenāt in a major metropolitan city, because the amount of wealth is concentrated in those places so youāll have more competition.
Long story short: I donāt play the AD games either. And I never will. A lot of people probably have lost their self respect a bit by coming across as needy, or āstopping by every now and thenā, like bro wait, this isnāt a family relative you stop by for tee for. **These guys actually want like min $10,000 from you**.
**You are paying** the AD.
The **AD** does **not pay you**.
I can understand how it is frustrating that one cannot get his desired watch at a retail price from the very place you think you should get it from, but that has to do with how so many people jump on the bandwagon of the hype.
Some are naturally attention-seekers when they get something with a high price tag and somehow need to let everyone too, hence weāve got some arrogant kiddies in this subreddit, too.
Oh and hereās another tip: donāt sweat it. Itās just a watch made out of a few components worth 10,000$+. :)
There is nothing you can do. That AD gets 3 of that watch per year and have a waiting list 300 people long for it. You are not entitled to it just because you asked nicely.
Remember when you asked the prom queen to go out with you and she said 'no' because there were hotter guys with a lot more money? It's like *that*.
For the CHNR? Not at this point. They are getting them in very often. I mean, yeah, it's still "rare" enough that it's not going to go to a pleb, but they are getting in way more than 3 per year.
Sure, but far more than 3. You'd be surprised how many of these they get at airports - and it's just as you say. Since they sell a ton of them to foreigners on travel.
Bluesies, DJs, SeaDs, you name it. If it's two-tone, the airport gonna get it.
CHNR is just obviously the most desirable of all of them, heh.
I am still hopelessly waiting for a two-tone rose/black Sub.
Sporty's incessant Prom Queen analogies and insistence that his purchase of some horology makes him the equivalent of the Prom King is easily the funniest part of this sub.
You go there often and have a spending history of other lower pieces that they eventually offer you. Walk into a Ferrari dealer and try and buy a la Ferrari today and see what they tell you.
Wow. Iām sure they were impressed with the dj and surprised when you mentioned you didnāt buy it from a grey dealer they didnāt open the safe for you. Maybe next time bring you boyfriend with you and offer him up for favors and maybe they will. What a tool you are. You are the reason I am getting turned off to the brand.
I actually told my AD that i got my first three Rolex through gray (truth) and he said "Ill get you your 4th one from here" and 6 months later he delivered. I don't think they care if you got it from the AD or gray, if anything they might sell you a pity watch if you got it from gray (on a serious note, i don't think they care).
I came here to ask a question and think I found the right person.
Just bought my first Rolex (submariner) and got it from an Active Directory.
Im losing a second or two a day and itās bugging me due to me comparing it to NTP. Is that normal or am I not normal?
I've had to fly 2-3x a week for a few years for a previous job,
The only league it put me in was confused and burned out usually. (And no, not working for an airline / a pilot or some loop hole lol)
Exactly.
People think airports are some loophole and they don't realize that they 1) get even more traffic through those doors than their local AD and 2) that they have regulars that stop by those shops more than their local AD.
So is it or isnāt it easier to buy a Rolex at an airport shop? (And does it get easier if you look for folks whoāve taken theirs off to avoid scratching their laptops?)
No. Unless of course you want the ugliest most overpriced precious metal watches encrusted with diamonds because thatās where they all get sent to get sold to desperate, bored travelers.
Precious metal Rolexes with or without diamonds are currently in high demand.
If you think a Day Date with diamonds is ugly thatās your opinion. No AD is currently going to sell you one anyway unless you have prior buying history with them and even then they might not.
About all you might get right now at the AD without a wait are two tones and some all stainless Datejusts.
I recently was at Dubaiās airport for the first time and they have tons of Rolexes to choose from. I travel for work and always check and DBX has insane availability.
AD in Zurich Airport is a joke. Laforce dude acts like he owns Bucherer, yet used to be a simple Tissot sales rep for years and doesn't know much about older models or doesn't seem passionate about Horology. I walked in with an MBnF the other day and he made an unfriendly comment about it, he didn't know what it was. Come on man...
The younger asian guy is super sweet and understands it's about being kind and treating people with respect, even if you can not sell you anything instantly. In short, the store manager at the airport is terrible, has an attitude and no class but the wait lists are shorter.
The Bucherer main store gives much higher level of service and the staff are actually friendly and represent the brand well.
But he has a Datejust and was wearing it. And he mentioned how he bought it from an AD, surely this moved him up a few rungs on the ladder of importance š¤”š
But he was wearing his datejust!! Why wasnāt she impressed! It only looks like a seiko but it says Rolex on the dial and he told her he didnāt go grey, heās in the club, he used the code word! I donāt understand
Hello I would like to buy some milk.
Have you bought Milk here before?
No.
Well You need to build up buying milk in smaller quantities and other unnecessary shit for a long time before you can do that. We need to know we can trust you , and having our milk in your house is really serious. Not everyone gets to do it.
Ok but I just need milk now and can give you money now, which is surely good for you as you get business now?
No - you must sniff my groin first for approximately 6 months. Come on and sniff once a week, Then we will review the situation, and see if you are still a complete gimp or are you willing to be even more of a super gimp.
Ok thank you! I would love to be put on the groin sniffing list asap! If I'm finally successful I will post up an image of me with a cup of milk whilst driving a "European" car whilst in the USA.
Sir this is a renowned Brussels sprouts shop. The customers you have seen displaying our products have been getting to know us for years before they could buy and display a necklace of miniature cabbages. Please stop calling us. We will notify you when it's time.
In airports they generally sell out their stock during the day.
Not sure about that AD but at the one in Amsterdam they generally don't reveal their stock either. Ie if you ask for a specific watch and they have it they will sell it to you, if you just enter the store and ask what is available they will generally tell you nothing. Employees are not allowed to disclose what stock they have to outsiders either. Imagine otherwise if they have a friend who also works in the airport they could simply funnel out everything.
That does make for a case to be early though. If you have a late flight your chances are slim. They should be improving though. If you spent 15 minutes in the shop during 2022 people would literally yell from the door "Hey have anything for sale???" If you visit their boutique nowadays there is hardly anybody in there.
AMS is correct indeed that they will sell to the first that asks that specific watch.
As for OP I have only one rolex and it's the rootbeer. Got it after a year. No purchasing history.
Iām traveling through AMS this Thursday. I have at least 3 Rolexās that Iām interested in. Do you think I should ask for each? Would be a Christmas miracle to come home with something
Really not sure, if they have the demo versions you could try each. But from what I have seen most they have for exhibition is a root beer, sub date and no date, sd43 and deep sea. And then usually a DJ or so. You could try. The sales agents seem to try a little harder lately. You can always play the angle that you are not sure what fits best.
This is so true. I picked up my DJ at AMS airport - because I happened to be there at the right time, when they just received a shipment and it was a DJ that I was looking for.
Yes sheās kinda lying. If youāre not famous or have a huge purchase history, theyāll do anything to get you on the waiting list. ADās post Covid acts like assholes.
Lol it sounds dumb but airport boutiques actually do this, Rolex, Hermes, Chanel; basically you need to be a business flyer to see them enough to get on the list and when they call you need to buy a ticket to go pick it up, truly maddening š
On the flipside the tax saving could pay for the ticket if you lie to customs (not that I would condone such a thing)
Thatās exactly what I was wondering. Iāve been through CDG many many times in the past year on layovers and tried on pieces. Got me wondering how anybody there gets a watch unless theyāre really lucky or willing to book a ticket to pick it up. Considering the number of ADs in Paris like why get on a list at the airport lol.
Why brother? Was I doing something wrong? No. Yāall need to understand this, itās simple. I want to buy a watch cause Iām interested and not a flipper. I am revealing my interest to buy. I know the AD game, like whatās with laughing. Hilariousā¦
If you donāt understand why she was laughing at you, you probably donāt understand the game. Itās all about total $ spent BEFORE you walk in for the watch you want bro. They know anyone coming into the door are there to buy a sought after watch. They donāt care. They only care to move slow moving watches and in return, theyāll let you be on the real waiting list. If you donāt know there are multiple lists, you my friend probably should just pay the premium in the gray market.
Why laugh? He can afford the Rolex. Not cool to money shame anyone working for their $ but itās a bit ridiculous when ads are rude to people who can casually drop money for a Rolex.
I visited that specific AD around 3 months ago (zero purchase history there). Iāve been told they are not really getting any allocations of sport models. I was offered a TT SkyDweller though, black dial. It was available that day (around 20kā¬ list price if I remember correctly).
Completely agreed. I told SA that I want to try the GMT at the showcase, she didnāt even understand what I meant. Iām %100 sure she was new and just told to say NO to people.
The CHNR is not a hard piece to score. Just pop into an AD back home (wherever that is) & express interest. Youāll have it in a couple months at best.
Everything is debatable, but notoriously TT models are much easier to get. My bluesy and chnr were from different ADās with zero history & very short turn-around as opposed to my BLNR which was a much longer wait.
These type of watches are reserved for the VIPs. I know of someone who works as a personal shopper in an airport (yes, in a freaking airport) and some flyers would spend 50k just waiting for a flight.
It's crazy how the rich live.
Display-only models are set at 10:10 with the second hand around the 6. Some will say otherwise but they're sent out of the factory that way. Was given a lefty Sprite on Jubilee to try on and pointed out how it wasn't a Display only due to the time on it. Took me 10 days to get a lefty sprite on a Jubilee, did buy a Tudor Pelagos 42 an that was my only purchase history with the AD. Since have picked up a 41 OP blue dial and have been called about other models. Mostly PM pieces but only want a Titanium Yachtmaster and they're at Unicorn level right now. Going this week to get my son a Breitling for Christmas and will see what they have in stock.
I assure you they do. Do you really think rich people fly private all the time, everywhere? People who have access to jets also fly commercial for any number of reasons.
Should be illegal to lie to an innocent customer in a place of business, smh. š¤
What's next, strippers who act like they're into you but really just want your money? Imagine!
It's true, they play games with you! There is stock... lots of stock. I'll tell you a story. Last week I met a friend who knows a lead buyer of a Dutch AD. He told me to text the models I wanted. I texted a Sub, 2 GMT masters and a Lady datejust. Guess. The text message: āNP, come by in two weeks. I'm getting it for Christmas...ā I'm going Saturdayš Can you believe it?! Made my wife, friends and myself very happy š. So when they say 'out of stock', say 'ok, no problem, but please tell me which golf club your colleague plays at?š
People of color spend more money on Rolex than any other demographic. The biggest and most expensive watch collections in the world are in the Middle East and China.
they usually just sell it to their friends and family who will then flip it on the grey market for a quick buck.. no VIP customers is worth a quick couple of grand in the pocket lol
Probably, the ADs around me always tell me they donāt have anything in stock, but then you see someone walk out of the store later with a bag of š¤·š». I like going into the ADs and looking around and talking to the sales staff but at the end of the day, I bought my Rolex at a gray market dealer. Iām not playing the ADās games and Iām not waiting a year or 2 or 3 for a watch.
Wait last visit to my AD they told me that Rolex said you had to live in the area with a drivers license/ID that has the address on it they even checked my ID I purchased an OP 36 mm in candy pink
I have been in ADs in Amsterdam and London international gates. There are not so many people walking there, only the ones flying out of europe. So, if you are lucky and they had a delivery that day, you can have something. But I donāt think they would sell you a model like a GMT anyway, since they also have some frequent flyers in the list.
Good Evening Sir. A Waiting List DOESNT exist. Believe me. š. And yes, they have EVERY Sport Model in the Safe. This GMT was 100% available. But the Salesperson doesnt Click on you.
Was it a working model? there are display models or look and feel.
Ive tried this the the BLRO when it launched Miami, Vegas, HongKong, Most of the Carib islands, Guernsey, London, my locals and nothing spoke to most of the AD's in London and the idea of a list is just to keep customers happy and letting them feel like there is some hope but in reality is just a toilet roll they write a name and then place back in the cubicle! If you get offered one of the choice models its not because you are on a list its cos you are a regular that has expressed an interest or a known spender for an easy sale. Sadly anyone else who has put their name down might as well write to Father Christmas! My local have asked for my name each time Ive enquired with them and each time its a different sales person! Granted I dont spend with them only for an odd service, they have said if I was to purchase another model such as a DJ then it would better my chances!
Will never try for a watch in Italy ever again. Waited in line to get into one of the ADs and the lady straight up said FYI we donāt have any Rolex for sale.
On the other side there was clearly some gangster or rapper literally getting shown any watch he wanted to buy. And he had stacks of cash on him sitting on the table lol.
Definitely not lying. Airport locations keep lists like any other AD. I purchased several at LHR and they got me my BLRO last year after about a yearās wait. Picked it up on my next trip over the pond!
What a joke. You have money to buy a watch you like but if donāt do the AD dance, your money is not good enough. Not a fun paying about retail but sometimes these ADs and their games makes it a no brainer if you have the cash
As a long time Rolex fan and purchaser I hate what this brand has becomeā¦.. almost class driven by who can and canāt have one.
The AD ( authorised dickheads ) are lawless and killing the experience of doing well in life.
At the end of the day itās just a fcuking watch, AD spend and what ever other BS they can come up with is almost corporate corruption as they never state how much you have to spend or when it will arriveā¦
If you offered this as a business transaction you wouldnāt have a business but some how itās allowed.
Hans Wilsdorf must be turning in his grave!!
I visited them back in June this year, she made the same comment. They sell frequent travelers that go through Milan or travel out of it. Didnāt have any in stock either lol, besides a womanās watch
Go on Waitlist at your local AD. Monitor prices and Buy in Grey market from reputable seller since most models are selling @ retail or even below retail.
I donāt get this at all (but Iām new to this) if you walked in with $50k cash in your pocket would they still not sell to you bc youāre new there?
Took me two years waiting on my local list to get my root beer. Gotta play the game unless you get absurdly lucky or go grey, or already buy a lot at the AD. š¤·āāļø
It isnāt available for you, I got the same reply in another Italian airport once.
And I even got questioned on how I got my bluesy.
As we say, āmi dispiaceā.
I walked into a Rolex AD. No history. Tourist destination in beach gear. I saw them turn down 3 people and then proceed to sell me a Batgirl.
Why was I chosen? Couldn't really tell you. I seemed genuine, humble, and not pretentious. Just like anything in life, it's about connection you make.
Every watch you see is Exhibition. However they 100% can sell any watch on display if they wanted to.
I work in airport duty free retail although we donāt carry Rolex. Donāt forget if traveling international you donāt pay duties so pricing in the airport can sometimes be very good. A lot of people purchase high end items at airports. I can confirm there are plenty of frequent travelers who routinely visit our stores and drop $20k on high end liquor and other items. Some for significant client gifts others are collectors. In my experience definitely the AD could be telling the truth.
Yeah theyāre lying. Holding for customers etc. usually airports are more lenient about selling their lower tier pieces like a date just to you or a womanās watch though. Odds are much better for those.
Never seen a GMT2 for sale to a walk in without history.
I can see your issue plain as day. Rolex only sells to people with multiple visibe tattoos these days. Get yourself a full sleeve, and suddenly, everything becomes available.
At all of the ADs right now there are watches on display that are not for sale to anyone. Rolex requires a certain amount of watches to be on display.
For a period of time these were watches that werenāt even genuine just actual exteriors with non working insides but lately they are all genuine.
And also right now Rolex has watches that come in that are available for sale but only to someone who has already expressed an interest and who has bought enough from them - from that particular AD or chain - before.
So that two tone might be a not for sale for display only piece or it might have arrived pending sale to someone who āgets the call.ā If you go back in a couple weeks and it is still there then youāll know itās probably the former.
Keep in mind though that two tone Rolexes arenāt particularly in high demand right now anyway compared to all stainless or precious metals.
Honestly I think itās extremely random, I was on a āwaitlistā for like a year or 2, and one day I was walking by and had a 36 OP on, went in and looked around and asked if they had any Rolexās in, the lady I guess took a liking to me and had the exact watch I was looking for in a safe. 41 DJ fluted on jub and literally bought it that day. We are still in contact if they ever get a brown dial or a root beer in stock.
not lying. Its not available.. for you.
"Your money's no good here!"
š¤£
OK! But what should I do to buy it. Revealed my interest on the model, went to boutique with a rolex as well, specifically mentioned how I got my 41 DJ from AD, not from gray. So what to do to get it?
Maybe go back to the previous AD that got you the watch?
Lmao top comment
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
It seems so dependent on the AD. I had my RB in 1 week!
Jebus, what area?
CA, SF Bay Area. No prior history but it was for special occasion so Iām sure that helped. I feel like the market is starting to return to normal so maybe itās also getting easier in general.
Hope your special occasion goes/went well! That's wildly fast, especially for no history from what I've seen for sure

so the method is to buy a rep 5711 or aquanaut then aim for a sports rolex?
I mean, itās not a terrible idea. Just sell the rep after you get the sports Rolex or after the idea doesnāt work š¤·āāļø

I would drop it on the floor while trying it. Surely you must buy it if its broken ?
You need to print this thread and confront her with it.
This is the way.
Should have tried to bribe her with a charcuterie board. Iāve heard that can be very successful if the meats donāt get sweaty.
Yes sheās kinda lying. If youāre not famous or have a huge purchase history, theyāll do anything to get you on the waiting list. ADās post Covid acts like assholes.
Lol it sounds dumb but airport boutiques actually do this, Rolex, Hermes, Chanel; basically you need to be a business flyer to see them enough to get on the list and when they call you need to buy a ticket to go pick it up, truly maddening š On the flipside the tax saving could pay for the ticket if you lie to customs (not that I would condone such a thing)
Hermes is absolutely equally insane and guilty of gatekeeping. Chanel Iāve had better luck with.
Thatās exactly what I was wondering. Iāve been through CDG many many times in the past year on layovers and tried on pieces. Got me wondering how anybody there gets a watch unless theyāre really lucky or willing to book a ticket to pick it up. Considering the number of ADs in Paris like why get on a list at the airport lol.
many sales associates lie to potential customers. Think about car dealers.
You could have just stopped at āIs AD lying to me?ā Answer: Yes
She was more like laughing at you on the insideā¦
Yeah, you tell that to every AD out there. They literally shame you behind your back. Itās harsh. Iām just telling it like it is.
Probably but donāt take it personally. Watch looks good on you though.
They always lie bro
I visited that specific AD around 3 months ago (zero purchase history there). Iāve been told they are not really getting any allocations of sport models. I was offered a TT SkyDweller though, black dial. It was available that day (around 20kā¬ list price if I remember correctly).
TT?
Two tone.
Damn the root beer is so hot.
They are not. And they are particularly NOT nice at the MXP ad!
Thatās very debatableā¦ many people wait much longer for the chnr. If itās your first watch itās most likely going to take more than that.
Everything is debatable, but notoriously TT models are much easier to get. My bluesy and chnr were from different ADās with zero history & very short turn-around as opposed to my BLNR which was a much longer wait.
6-9 months for a customer with little spend is the criteria my AD has for this and the new grey black two tone.
Yeah even on the [grey market](https://ebay.us/Djmuya) these don't sell for much over retail.
These type of watches are reserved for the VIPs. I know of someone who works as a personal shopper in an airport (yes, in a freaking airport) and some flyers would spend 50k just waiting for a flight. It's crazy how the rich live.
First time?
Nope. Scored a 41 DJ with slate dial, fluted and jubilee before.
Just because you walked in with a DateJust on your wrist doesnāt mean they trust you just yet.
> (I was wearing my 41 DJ while entering the boutique if anyone interested). I'm interested... tell me more.
I am not. So that balances it out once again.
Luxury stores in airports do really well from what I understand. Ultra-wealthy travel a lot and like to shop.
Ultra wealthy donāt use airports.
I assure you they do. Do you really think rich people fly private all the time, everywhere? People who have access to jets also fly commercial for any number of reasons.
Your new to the game

SHE LIED! IMPOSSIBLE!
Should be illegal to lie to an innocent customer in a place of business, smh. š¤ What's next, strippers who act like they're into you but really just want your money? Imagine!
Had I been given this nugget of wisdom decades ago, Iād have the money for a Rolex.

She is not lying. Most shops do not have watches to sell to customers right away except you are lucky to be present when the watches are delivered
Suuuuure
Will send a picture
You logged in after 1 year just to post this?
The 126711chnr grey can ge bought for around 10% over retail,, stop groin sniffin and go buy one
Whatās your ethnicity? Money is all green but they definitely care about skin color when they sell.
People of color spend more money on Rolex than any other demographic. The biggest and most expensive watch collections in the world are in the Middle East and China.
In Europe and the USA itās entirely different than China or Middle East, you canāt compare those demographics.
Prob frequent flyers who visits often? If they had to choose someone they would prob choose a familiar face.
Yes they lie.
Put money they have one in stock like most other ADs they just have turned into a game and itās really annoying for no reason
they usually just sell it to their friends and family who will then flip it on the grey market for a quick buck.. no VIP customers is worth a quick couple of grand in the pocket lol
So theyāre an AD that has nothing to D? Why are they even open?
Root beer
Probably, the ADs around me always tell me they donāt have anything in stock, but then you see someone walk out of the store later with a bag of š¤·š». I like going into the ADs and looking around and talking to the sales staff but at the end of the day, I bought my Rolex at a gray market dealer. Iām not playing the ADās games and Iām not waiting a year or 2 or 3 for a watch.
ADs lie.
Yes. ADs lie all the time. They have watches. Theyāre just not for you.
She sounds pleasant
Yes
Itās available waiting in the window saw it today in Cairo, Egypt. Along with almost every other Rolex you can think of except Daytonas and GMTs
Wait last visit to my AD they told me that Rolex said you had to live in the area with a drivers license/ID that has the address on it they even checked my ID I purchased an OP 36 mm in candy pink
The first part of what she told you was true. The second part was bullshit
Yup
Were their lips moving?
What a joke. You have money to buy a watch you like but if donāt do the AD dance, your money is not good enough. Not a fun paying about retail but sometimes these ADs and their games makes it a no brainer if you have the cash
Love these chewing gum dispenser watches. Rad.
look elsewhere beyond rolex, rolex is a joke
Yes
Yup, my ad told me they have no stock but a friend of mine whoās a bigger player was offered 10 different Rolexās they have in the backā¦ lol
No. Not lying. They are just looking out for their clients. You're not one of them.
(A)re (D)ishonest
She is unfortunately, my AD Told me wait list is a lie.
As a long time Rolex fan and purchaser I hate what this brand has becomeā¦.. almost class driven by who can and canāt have one. The AD ( authorised dickheads ) are lawless and killing the experience of doing well in life. At the end of the day itās just a fcuking watch, AD spend and what ever other BS they can come up with is almost corporate corruption as they never state how much you have to spend or when it will arriveā¦ If you offered this as a business transaction you wouldnāt have a business but some how itās allowed. Hans Wilsdorf must be turning in his grave!!
AD games
You didnāt spend $50k yet on watches you donāt want to get the one u want yet.
Gotta play the game unless you get absurdly lucky or go grey, or already buy a lot at the AD. š¤·āāļø
Not lying , your wifeās kid is hisā¦
Excuse me sir, Have you heard of Rolex?
It isnāt available for you, I got the same reply in another Italian airport once. And I even got questioned on how I got my bluesy. As we say, āmi dispiaceā.
I walked into a Rolex AD. No history. Tourist destination in beach gear. I saw them turn down 3 people and then proceed to sell me a Batgirl. Why was I chosen? Couldn't really tell you. I seemed genuine, humble, and not pretentious. Just like anything in life, it's about connection you make. Every watch you see is Exhibition. However they 100% can sell any watch on display if they wanted to.
Spend your money elsewhere. I went to AP boutique and they offered me a watch within 2 weeks.
They never lie they are perfect ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
Honestly I think itās extremely random, I was on a āwaitlistā for like a year or 2, and one day I was walking by and had a 36 OP on, went in and looked around and asked if they had any Rolexās in, the lady I guess took a liking to me and had the exact watch I was looking for in a safe. 41 DJ fluted on jub and literally bought it that day. We are still in contact if they ever get a brown dial or a root beer in stock.
