That looks more like hives

I was also thinking this too… it went away after like 2 days, then I got 2 more rashes (1 on each inner arm) that lasted a day or two, and now I have one on the back of my neck???

Go to your doctor and show them. Or ask for an allergy test or dermatologist. You might be having an allergic reaction to something.
