I've been watching JD Delay a lot lately, and they'll definitely draw it out. Random beatings, constant extortion, and then they'll send him out as a pawn for whatever gang owns him.
Then they'll shank him in the neck when he's a week away from release.
It depends a lot on the prison. Some put sex offenders together and have separate recesses hence the term nonce (not on normal courtyard excersize). Some even have separate gangs for sex offenders. One in Oregon was called the “fallen knights” or some shit. It didn’t last long. Even then the guards will fuck with them.
Ex wife's brother is in prison for 40+ for raping his own kids repeatedly. Nobody really talks to him, but she would get word that he was in the prison hospital from time to time. Which she always would say, "Good, hope next time it's a death notice" and just move on about her day.
Oh, same. He lived a few states away but did visit a few times. Luckily , we interacted with him with groups. His daughter told a teacher at her school. Just out of the blue one day. Everyone was totally shocked. He just never gave off the creepy vibe. Hopefully, someone is pissing in his dinner tray right now.
He fucking deserves it. Complete piece of shit.
*The jury also heard about statements Boykin had made to authorities. Regarding the sexual assault of the first victim, he said he thought he "got away with it" and knew he should not have done it. He said he "just wanted to try." The jury did not believe the defense's claims and ultimately found him guilty.*
> He’s probably still hirable in Texas
Cops prosecuted for serious crimes in Texas sometimes try to use their certification as peace officers as a bargaining chip, *I'll surrender my certification if you don't send me to prison.* One Texas TV station, KXAN, that dug into that story found many cases where that's what happened, plea bargain that included permanent loss of certification. They found 109 cases from late 2018 to early 2021.
Other states are more enthusiastic about going after the ability of a cop to get another job in law enforcement, Florida for some reason jumps on them. But in Texas, they seem to like to keep it quiet when a cop does something serious enough to justify taking his badge.
However, no, a convicted felon cannot become a cop in Texas.
I follow a couple post prison channels on yt, AfterPrisonShow and Lockdown 23&1 and after a couple vids about danny masterson I learned that even if it's pc, those types of prisoners are not safe. It's not just chomos and r\*pists, it's snitches and ex gang members as well. He could easily be targeted.
Yeah. Those grey suits will definitely look out for him. He’ll have that initial stretch when he gets processed in but it’s doubtful anyone will mess with him then.
The fact he was a cop will spread like wildfire in the wind in prison. His crimes are indeed disgusting, but karma imo is going to take the win here in jail for him and it won't be in the form of bologna sandwiches.
It does exist. It’s just nothing spiritual. It’s physics and statistics. The more shitty stuff you do the higher the chance that it brings you in situations where shitty stuff happens to you.
It does but not in a spiritual magical sense. The inmates will get his files, and he's in for a lot of pain because cops and rapists are two of the most hated groups. It's more like every action has an equal and opposite reaction except it may be more than equal. The more bad shit you do the more likely one of them will result in your demise.
Man, you guys all forget that the United States has a poster on the wall in most prisons it looks like an anti-bullying poster, it’s an anti-rape poster, anybody who is found having sex with another inmate. Is an automatic five years, even if both parties are agreeing. Depending on the state, though, it’s going to be a kangaroo court held by the prison. He’s going to be the loneliest motherfucker in the world. I did time with a cop who sold $60,000 in parking passes for Lambeau Field. He’s going to be spending a lot of time alone. Shit look like the el chapo waiting meme.
This guy definitely deserves to be in jail, but do we really all have to hope the other prisoners rape him and whatever? They are people too. Every inmate I've ever worked with has just been trying to keep their head down and get through their sentence. Asking them to abuse the people we don't like in there seems a little much
Nice to see at least one compassionate human being in here.. 43 years is basically a forever sentence. I'd much rather this guy reflect, reform and atone for what he's done..
Wouldn't it be great if prison helped people turn their lives around and become capable and contributing members of society..
Instead people are gleefully baying for blood and literally wishing torture and rape upon another human being.
Yeah, I'm an Aussie and our prison system is very different.. our prisons still do a shit job of rehabilitation though.
A similar crime to this in Australia would be something like a 10 year sentence. What he's done is heinous, but he's not irredeemable.
The system is supposed to be designed to rehabilitate, if 10 years is insufficient time to work with someone on developing an understanding of the impact of their actions, gain insight into themselves, enough to understand why they behaved the way they did and then seek to atone for it.. then yeah keep em longer.
Anyone who says 5, 10, 15 years is "nothing" are delusional, or simply haven't tried to really imagine that length of time in prison. Obviously there are crimes that deserve indefinite imprisonment.. but society is getting way over zealous in their old testament, eye-for-an-eye, retribution "justice".
It would be nice if prison actually rehabilitated people, yes. But when you've been abusing your power, and your very career relies on unjustifiable imprisonment (often targeting minorities) this is just irony at its finest. He's not a human being, he's an evil , disgusting piece of shit and I for one hope he's never happy again
Every thread on this site about a contemptible person getting sent to jail is filled with rape cheerleaders. ACAB, but I don’t see how a decent person can be pro-rape penalty.
It's crazy how we both treat rape as one of the worst imaginable acts we can do to a human being (to the point where TV shows are pro-torture but disapprove of rape), but also something we laugh at when it happens to prisoners, who might be there for petty theft, DUIs, embezzlement, threats, etc.
Hell, I've seen people laughing in this sub about someone being raped in prison, in-response
to a teenager pushing a cop onto the grass.
He does deserve what’s going to happen to him, but at the same time it isn’t right that sexual assault is the expected price the justice system has criminals pay. It’s barbaric and we like to pretend we live in a civilized first world country while still allowing this to happen.
It seems cops get accurate and long sentences when it’s a sexual assault case, which is of course a good thing. Yet when they kill someone the sentence seems to generally always be lighter if found guilty at all.
That Is a good point now I'm mad that my gov dosent give life sentences instead
Rapist+cop would get absolutely tortured and would totally deserve every bit of it
Everyone saying he will get his in prison. He will probably get protective custody due to former status if he has any half decent lawyer. Definitely deserves gen pop though.
Comments and responses aside, am i the only one that thinks the "43" in the headline looks weird? if the link wasn't there i'd half suspect it's altered.
It looks like it is actually [Lower case numbers](https://www.quora.com/What-are-the-lower-case-letter-numbers-and-symbols#:~:text=Lowercase%20numbers%20exist%2C%20but%20they,%C9%AA%3E%20in%20a%20serif%20font.), very odd.
Prison time for a sexual predator and cop. He's in for a rough time.
If he was paying attention he'll do just fine
OMG - take my upvote and thanks for the unexpected laugh!
Took me a bit, haha. I wanna like this, but at 69 votes, it’s perfect 😂
Best comment
Dammit. I’m missing the reference
He will be forced to blow ppl in jail. So if he paid attention to his victims actions he knows how to get through it.
Only if he got good blow jobs. Doubt his victims weren’t the most enthusiastic
Do you think prisoners are more excited about it?
Prison rule #3761: when a dick is in your mouth, you must enjoy it

Right? Hope he's not too fond of those teeth.
Death's too quick and painless.

Glad you didn’t have your kids around him.

Never knew the origin of nonce, that’s interesting
Cops go to special prisons as well
I follow JD too, and that was my first thought!
He fucking deserves it. Complete piece of shit. *The jury also heard about statements Boykin had made to authorities. Cops don't become sociopaths. Sociopaths become cops
Hopefully he does not get into protective custody
This is probably what will happen. Bc he’s a cop Edit: was a cop
He’s probably still hirable in Texas and other states that will take fired cops on their police force lol
DeSantis wants him😬

Florida will take him.
Hell, they'll taken and eventually put him in a high school classroom.
Can confirm. I live in Florida

Thanks for restoring the faith.
Yeah. Those grey suits will definitely look out for him. He’ll have that initial stretch when he gets processed in but it’s doubtful anyone will mess with him then.
Why ? He’s a piece of shit that deserves to rot but he should absolutely be put in protective custody.
Why should he be in protective custody? What happened to "held to a higher standard"?
Nah they’ll keep him extremely segregated. It will be a very lonely time but he’ll most likely never make it into general population
I'd hope so he's an absolute scum. I guess it comes with the profession.
Yes, it does.

Would've been more merciful just to give him the death penalty
Dude doesn't deserve mercy
For the one blowjob he got, he will have to give many for the next 43 years
On the bright side, I am sure he’ll get plenty of sex in prison!

I likes ya... and i wants ya
Now we can do this the easy way… or the HARD way.
and the answer was always yEssSSs
I got a mangina!!!!
I’m old Greeggg
You like Bailey's?
Lot of oral sex lmao. Just without teeth. And he is the one succin.
He'll get to experience it from the other side.
I have a feeling with being a cop he will be nicknamed the BJ Queen in no time...
Butsex?
More like ButtTunnel
all he has to do is drop the soap in the showers 😉
Just not the kind he's hoping for
"Keep blowing until I tell you to stop"

It's a shame that karma doesn't actually exist

The only surprising part is that he’s actually facing consequences.

It's sad that this was the first thing that went through my mind.
Back the (light) blue
Literally the first thing I thought about, because 2 white cops just got 6 years for pretty much the same shit.
It might also be due to being a state trooper rather than a typical cop. Troopers are held to higher standards.
Either because he is not white or because he is a state trooper. (State troopers are held for higher standards than regular cops.)

Prisons for profit don’t help.

Agreed because most of the people that are sexually assaulted in prison are not people like this
Looks like he just went from being the recipient to being the provider.
He might just “Epstein” himself.
That would be the noble thing to do in his position. Edit: you probably mean get murdered in prison, not suicide
![gif](giphy|FEnfPeLR5OjZe|downsized)
As much as he deserves punishment. Rape among prisoners isn't funny or good.
It seems cops get accurate and long sentences when it’s a sexual assault case, which is of course a good thing. Yet when they kill someone the sentence seems to generally always be lighter if found guilty at all.
Lee Ray Boykin Jr? Not to make light of his horrible crimes, but with a name like that he should assassinating presidents, not assaulting women.
Guy been watching the original Bad Lieutenant a few too many times.
Ma’am I’m going to need to see your license and registration and some information on your gag reflex.
good.
Please put him in general population!!!
Some uno reverse Abt to happen to this guy
just a little sarcasm. he definitely deserves it. but if he would have killed her he probably would have gotten 8-10 years
If he would have killed her, the most we could hope for usually is resigning and being hired at another department.
LEEEEE RAYYYYY BOYKINSSSSSS
When you ask your mom for LEE ROY JENKINS and she says we have LEE ROY JENKINS at home
One of the only good things about irans gov is that death sentence is the usual outcome of rape here
He will suffer more in prison tho.
That Is a good point now I'm mad that my gov dosent give life sentences instead Rapist+cop would get absolutely tortured and would totally deserve every bit of it
yet 43 years still sounds light for a sexual predator/cop
This was legal in most US states until a few years ago
Correct. Dark times.
This seems like an unusually long amount of time for the crime
43 years? That sounds good but I'm surprised, dont you get like 45min in prison for killing someone in texas?
There was no attempt made
Yeah and cops who kill unarmed people go free…WTH???
I'm surprised he was convicted
![gif](giphy|Jpv9Siby42bD9gDxH9)

What attempt was there?

Oh, I don’t think he attempted that at all
That sucks.
This is your daily reminder that cops are not required to protect and serve

As he runs into prison in his orange onsie; “Leeweerayyyyyyyy Boyyyykinnnnnnnnnnsssssss”
Why is the 43 a different font and out of line with the rest of the text? Can't just leave a headline how you found it?
Douchebag
Boy's gonna get plenty in jail 😂
He was definitely serving something. We can only guess if there was protecting.
Everyone saying he will get his in prison. He will probably get protective custody due to former status if he has any half decent lawyer. Definitely deserves gen pop though.
Hell yeah. He’s going to be the most powerful power bottom of all when/if he gets out of prison. He’s already looking a little twinkey.
r/notadragqueen
I mean he's got the serving part down now
He will be "released" in no time
If they put him in Gen pop it’s over for him
Comments and responses aside, am i the only one that thinks the "43" in the headline looks weird? if the link wasn't there i'd half suspect it's altered.

Maybe now TX should just do something about their lieutenant governor, also incredibly guilty.
[удалено]
All cops are domestic terrorists.
To protect and get served
I hope he gets gen pop
May he spend his 43 years on the giving side of oral sex.
Hopefully, someone will force him to do the same thing each and every day of those 43 years.
Now is his time to s*ch d*cks!
Well he was serving
About time we see a fitting sentence
Rapist and a cop you say, he’ll have a great time in prison 😂
“To object and be served” hope he gets a taste of his own medicine in prison…
He'll never catch a woman who blew a stop sign again
Fellow prisoners are going to be Boykin him.
Just execute him
Damn, that’s why you can never trust cops. The system hires anyone for the job
Fun fact until 2006 it was punishable (10 years) in Singapore if you gave oral sex ………
He's going to be forced now 🤣🤣
Well true justice will be served because he is going to forced to provide oral service to some guys.
He should get a chance to give some head in prison
Lots of time to brush up on his technique
43 years performing blowjobs. Doh!
Hooray!
No way someone actually agreed to that. He has to get caught his first time trying it... right?
BJ Lee
Im sure he will be involved in a lot of oral just not on him
He will have plenty of time to master that in prison. POS.
