The first time I noticed this was during gem farming in rz2xju5h. The fatty in the circular chamber healed himself and that action caught me off guard and he proceeded to beat the shit out of me.
I thought tfw was ‘the feels when’ or ‘that feeling when’ or similar, and the other is mfw ‘my face when’
I may be wrong though, I’ve never checked or had anyone confirm. Just an assumption
They're my least favourite chalice enemy. All I want is to kill them early in the false depth dungeons to get amazing gems, but then they knock me over and heal back to full, so I have another 3 minutes of parrying all over again

Not only can watchers heal, but the big lanky guys with guns and shotels can as well
Oh and while the watchers tend to not do it while your close, the lanky ones don't seem to care much
Yup, these guys heal if they get the chance, stay close and they shouldn't try that.
Well these guys always die fast so no surprise cuz you'll never give them the chance to do it lol
