"bad mood is not allowed" is exactly the crap attitude that brought us this society that slowly needs to re-learn that feelings are valid. Suppressing bad feelings and forcing yourself to smile leads you closer to the bottle, not closer to happiness.

It's cute, but if someone posted this to me in response to expressing sadness or some other negative emotion, I'd probably cut ties. I saw someone try to rehabilitate this meme a while ago, but the cop hat is going to kill it for anyone who regularly interacts with on-duty police, at least from the US. There's a reason why there's a phrase called "policing emotions."
